Why is there a deposit?
It holds your chair. Most services take $25. Services over $150 take 20%, because that stylist blocks out half a day for you. The deposit comes off your total.
What if I'm running late?
Text the number on your confirmation. We hold your chair for 15 minutes. After that we may have to shorten the style or move you, and braid appointments over 20 minutes late are rebooked.
Can I cancel or move my time?
Yes, up to 48 hours before, from the link in your confirmation text, and your deposit moves with you. Inside 48 hours the deposit stays with the stylist.
Do I bring my own braiding hair?
No. Pre-stretched hair in any color is included in the price. If you have a brand you love, bring it and we take $15 off.
Can I bring my kids?
Kids 12 and under have their own menu. For long appointments, please come with another adult so the little one has company.
