Upon final payment or successful initiation of a subscription agreement, the client retains full ownership of their specific domain name and the unique content provided for the website. Iron Digital retains all rights, title, and interest in our proprietary code, custom design structures, and proprietary digital ecosystem frameworks used to construct the site, unless the client provided a completely original, exact template that was replicated.
Iron Digital provides an Emergency Maintenance Warranty covering broken links, server crashes, and necessary takedowns. This warranty is active for 6 months following the final payment of a subscription plan, or 3 months following the final payment of a standard one-time build.
In no event shall Iron Digital be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
