Cleaning websites that explain the visit before the quote.

A homeowner comparing cleaning services wants to know what is included, whether you cover their ZIP code, and what the visit might cost. Iron Digital MI’s Saturday Homekeeping concept puts those questions into a working service menu and estimate flow. It shows how a cleaning website can collect a useful request without making visitors guess what they are buying.

Saturday Homekeeping is a fictional Detroit cleaning business created by Iron Digital MI. Coverage, pricing, discounts, and availability are illustrative. The quote builder does not book a cleaner, send a request, or take payment.

Make the service and its assumptions visible

Define what a clean includes

The service page uses room choices to reveal a cleaning checklist. Optional extras have their own place rather than being buried in a general promise to clean everything. This helps a homeowner compare the included work with what they need. For a real business, the checklist should come from the crew’s actual scope, including exclusions and any preparation the customer must handle.

Show how the estimate changes

The quote builder takes bedroom and bathroom counts, then distinguishes a one-time visit from weekly or every-two-week service. Oven, refrigerator, and interior-window extras are separate choices. Its summary itemizes the base visit, room charges, discount, and total. The sample explicitly says extras are not discounted, making a pricing rule visible where the customer can evaluate it.

Check coverage before requesting a visit

A dedicated service-area page and a ZIP field help visitors find the coverage question without searching through a footer. A live version would use your real service area and explain what happens when an address falls outside it. A calculated price should remain an estimate when home condition, access, or special work could change the scope.

Try the working pages

Compare the room checklist with the quote builder. Change the visit frequency or add an extra to inspect the itemized estimate, then try the sample request review. No real request leaves the demo.

Turn an estimate into a useful request

  • An agreed cleaning checklist, exclusions, and preparation instructions for each service.
  • Real pricing rules, minimum charges, recurring-visit policies, and estimate qualifications.
  • Service-area validation and a way to handle homes that need an individual assessment.
  • A reliable request destination, staff review or scheduling connection, and a clear next-step message.

Before development, decide whether the customer is asking for a quote, requesting a visit, or booking a confirmed slot. Each needs different wording and availability checks. We can scope the handoff to your existing scheduling or customer-management tools; the demo’s calculator alone does not provide those operations.

We scope the pages, content, and integrations before quoting the work. Compare current website packages and running costs, or read about our custom website design service.

Questions about your website

Do we need to show an instant price?

Only when your pricing rules support a useful estimate. For variable jobs, a short scope request may be more accurate. A calculator can still show an estimated range or explain the factors that affect price, provided the assumptions and next steps are clear.

Can customers choose recurring cleaning?

Yes, a live website can offer recurring-service choices. The project must define the actual frequency, discount rules, scheduling process, and how customers change or cancel visits. Saturday’s frequency selector illustrates the choice; it does not create a recurring booking.
