Larger builds — with client portals, AI automation, or advanced integrations — typically run $7,997–$24,997+. We don't do Squarespace or Wix builds. Every site is coded from scratch. Yes — we collect 50% upfront before work begins, with the remaining 50% due at launch. For larger projects, we can break this into milestone payments. No work starts without a signed agreement and deposit in hand.

The Brand Playbook ($750) is one strategic guide that keeps your brand consistent everywhere. It covers your brand voice & tone, a full color system with hex codes, typography, and imagery direction.

The centerpiece is a plain-English social media do's & don'ts — so you (or whoever runs your accounts) can post on-brand with confidence, while staying in full control of your own posting. For projects over $5,000, we can structure milestone payments. Smaller projects are billed 50/50. Monthly retainers for ongoing work (SEO, maintenance, automation updates) are billed monthly in advance.

• 6–10 wks — Complex builds with portals, AI automation, or backend integrations.

These are the stated deadlines. Most projects ship well before the due date — we don't let work sit. The biggest variable is how quickly you can get us content and feedback.

1. 01 Scope call — 30 minutes. We confirm the project scope, timeline, and price.
2. 02 Agreement + deposit — Signed contract and 50% deposit locks in your start date.
3. 03 Design — We present wireframes and design concepts. You approve before a single line of code is written.
4. 04 Build — Development with check-ins at key milestones. You can see the work in progress.
5. 05 Launch — Final review, balance payment, and we push it live. You own everything.

Yes — we're Detroit-based but work with clients across the US. Our entire process runs remote. Discovery, design reviews, and delivery all happen via screen share and async tools. Detroit pride, national reach.

At minimum: a clear idea of what you're trying to accomplish and examples of sites or styles you like. For website builds, you'll eventually need your copy (text), images, and brand assets. If you don't have those yet — we can help source them or build your brand from scratch.

No. Every site we build is custom-coded from scratch — no page builders, no drag-and-drop templates. This means faster load times, cleaner code, no plugin dependencies breaking your site at 2am, and designs that actually look unique. If you need a Squarespace or Wix site, we're not the right fit.

The Business Suite is a private client portal where you can track your project stage, submit onboarding info, review design previews, run SEO audits, check scope, and manage your engagement — all in one place. It's not a third-party app. We built it ourselves. Every client gets access from day one.

Every site we build includes technical SEO foundations — semantic HTML, structured data (Schema.org), proper meta setup, Core Web Vitals optimization, and location-specific page structure. For ongoing SEO campaigns (content strategy, backlink building, monthly reporting), that's a separate retainer. Ask about it during your scoping call.

Yes. This is one of our strongest capabilities. We build AI-augmented workflows that automate repetitive tasks — lead intake, document processing, outreach sequences, reporting. You do. Completely. Once final payment is made, we transfer all source code, assets, and credentials to you. No lock-in, no monthly platform fees owed to us, no hostage situation. The code is yours.

Yes. We offer monthly maintenance retainers for clients who want us to handle updates, monitoring, and performance optimization on an ongoing basis. Ask about retainer options during your project scoping call.

Minor changes within the first 30 days post-launch are included. Larger updates — new pages, feature additions, redesigns — are scoped and billed as new work. We're not going anywhere, and existing clients get priority scheduling.
