How the workflow works
Connect your Google Business Profile, describe your business voice and choose approval rules by star rating. Review the draft, edit or regenerate it, and use the activity log to see which responses were published.
What to check first
You need access to the Google Business Profile you connect. Approval rules apply to your replies, not to whether a customer can leave a review. The product does not remove negative reviews or guarantee a rating change.
Plans and costs
Starter Lite is $29/month for one profile and up to 30 AI replies. Starter is $79/month for up to three profiles and unlimited AI replies. Growth is $149/month for up to ten profiles, with priority email support. Enterprise is quoted separately. Each published plan offers a 14-day trial.
Setup and support
Use the product pricing page to confirm location support and plan features before connecting profiles. For a workflow outside the published feature set, discuss a custom integration with Iron Digital.
