Tree services · Website design by Iron Digital MI
Tree service website design with a clear route to the right work.
Iron Digital MI builds custom tree service websites for businesses in Detroit and beyond. Visitors need to distinguish planned pruning, an assessment, and removal work before they send an inquiry. Ninebark puts those choices first and gives urgent concerns a separate, visible route.
Ninebark is a fictional tree-care business created by Iron Digital MI. Photography is reference material, not proof of its crew or completed jobs. The request flow is a local demonstration; it does not dispatch a crew, diagnose a tree, or send an inquiry.

A service desk instead of a general contact form
Let the service choice start the request
Pruning, assessment, and removal each have a direct homepage action. Selecting one carries that choice into the request page. The visitor can change it there, so an uncertain first choice does not become a dead end. A separate option supports people who need help choosing.
Keep urgent concerns out of a routine queue
The demonstration places its urgent-help route above the main content and repeats it beside the request choices. The planned-work form asks visitors to confirm they are using the appropriate route. For a real company, this content would need to match its actual response policy, availability, and approved emergency guidance.
Collect context that a service team can review
The request asks about the tree’s setting, type if known, and optional observations. A preview lets visitors inspect the details and return to edit them. The observation guide and seasonal calendar are separate supporting pages, with clear limits rather than promises to assess a tree remotely.

Try the working pages
Help visitors choose a service and describe the setting.
These links open a demonstration for a fictional business. Its interface is evidence of the build; it is not evidence of sales, bookings, or search rankings.
What we would establish for your tree-care business
- The services you provide, where you work, and who reviews each type of request.
- Your actual urgent-call policy, contact options, and hours of availability.
- Genuine crew and project photography, and only credentials or insurance details you can substantiate.
- The request destination, follow-up process, and whether photos or access details belong in the intake.
The production scope can include form delivery or a connection to your existing field-service system. Work approval, site assessment, pricing, and crew scheduling need their own confirmed process; a submitted form should not imply that work has been accepted.
We scope the pages, content, and integrations before quoting the work. Compare current website packages and running costs, or read about our custom website design service.

Questions about your website
Should tree removal and pruning have separate pages?
They can, when each page explains a distinct service and helps a customer decide what to do next. Ninebark demonstrates service-specific entry points plus supporting assessment and seasonal pages. We would organize your pages around the work you actually offer, not repeat the same text under different service names.
Can the website send requests to my scheduling system?
That can be included after checking the system’s available integrations and your intake process. We would define what is sent, how staff are notified, and what the visitor sees if delivery fails. The Ninebark demonstration stops at a preview and has no live scheduling connection.
